Introduction

Insured Activities:

·Meet & Greets (I.e. Arrival & Departure assistance)

·Locality orientation.

·City Sightseeing tours (Coach)

·Day and extended tours (Coach)

·Walks

·Attraction and site visits

·Special interest tours

·Domestic and International tours (Overlander extended tours)

·Services for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. (Door, info, hospitality desk, sightseeing, general assistance)

·Language guides also offer oral and written services in their language of expertise.

Period of Insurance:

31^st October 2011 to 31^st October 2012

Limit of Liability:

Public Liability - $10,000,000 any one occurrence

Products Liability - $10,000,000 any one occurrence and in the aggregate any one period of insurance

Deductible/Excess:

$2,500 each and every claim (relating to tours outside Australia)$500 each and every claim (all other claims) The excess is exclusive of costs and expenses

Policy Wording:

Calliden General Liability TRIP Scheme

Situation:

At & From Victoria, Australia; and Anywhere in Australia that the Insured conducts business

Geographical Limits:

Worldwide excluding USA and Canada

Policy Conditions:

The Insurer requires advice from any tour guides working outside Australia, with a maximum of 4 weeks per year allowed for tours outside Australia (if guides need more than this, they will need to ask). When travelling overseas, tour guides should also have comprehensive travel insurance for personal coverage and liability.

Policy Exclusions:

The following activities are not covered under this policy:

·Bushwalking tours on unmarked tracks
