To assist in the faciitation of Tour Guides recruitment across the many regions of Australia we provide a space for Tour Guides to find employment - either through Guides for Hire or Employment Opportunities.
Guides for Hire provides a place for freelance guides to promote themselves and their guiding services. Businesses, agents and travellers look here to find guides with specific skills or who are in specific locations.
Employment Opportunities offers a place for businesses to advertise their vacancies and for Tour Guides to find employment across Australia.
If you are new to the industry or are looking to change your guiding career, then the Careers section will benefit you to identify the skills required for certain tour guiding fields, moving up the ladder or a change of direction in tourism.
Advertising Fees
Tour Guides and employers can promote themselves or
advertise their vacancies on this page for a fee of $1 per day. Please
email us your information requesting placement
(maximum 100 words per entry).
Please note: GOA is unable to facilitate application or employment arrangements - Tour Guides and employers must coordinate this independently so please include appropriate email and/or telephone contact details for direct communication.
Members: This noticeboard is provided FOC to Guides Of Australia Accredited Guides, GOA member organisations, GOA Associate Members and individual members of GOA organisations.
